He entered AS in 1935 and graduated in 1938. During his time at the school he was on the staff of and ended as the editor of the Ashnoca; active in student government and was Senior class president; a member of the choir, Dramatic Society, Kit-Kat Club, Mitchell Cabinet, and the Review board; competed with the football and soccer teams (lettered in soccer). After AS, he graduated from Princeton University (’42), served in World War II; worked as a journalist for United Press International and U.S. News and World Report. Was a trustee of the school and a long-time financial donor. S/C Note: This collection consists of items from Eisenhart’s school days. Publications, such as the Ashnocas all have articles about him; certificates for his athletic and arts participation; speeches/papers he wrote.
